Welcome to the website of Ashley's Resume Service. By accessing our site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use and are bound by all applicable laws and regulations. It is your responsibility to read them carefully.

 

The site and its original content, features, and services are owned by Ashley's Resume Service and are protected by international copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and other proprietary rights laws.

 

If, for any reason, we believe that our Terms and Conditions have not been upheld, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website without prior notice or liability as well as suspend any services purchased.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Maintaining your privacy and confidentiality is one of our highest priorities. We keep our clients resumes, cover letters and other personal information confidential. We reserve the right to use our work (including resumes and other work prepared for you) as well as your questions, comments, and feedback in instructional, promotional, or other materials. We will remove your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from any such work. Ashley’s Resume Service may use collected information to inform you of any new features, services, or products. We use your personal information to operate our site and services. Your personal information, writings, resumes, and other documents and information, are not shared with anyone outside of our team, except with your permission.

Guarantees and Liabilities

With decades of professional experience, we stand by our work and guidance, however, ultimately, your success is your responsibility.  We take no responsibility for how you chose to implement our advice and coaching. We cannot guarantee you an interview, specific position, or salary. While we provide guidance and strategic advice, ultimately you must decide what works best for you. Your resume is your platform--what you do with it will measure your success and outcome. You are the author and finisher of your own destiny. 

 

The client is responsible for proofreading all written materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, punctuation, and grammar prior to submissions to employers.  Ashley’s Resume Service is not responsible for any damage or injury caused by omissions, false statements, or other inaccuracies. Clients agree to hold Ashley's Resume Service harmless from any such liability. If edits or alterations are required once the original documents have been provided to the client and finalized (i.e. printed), there may be an additional fee depending on reprint and resubmission requirements.

Payments and Services

​

Payments and purchases—including your initial consultation fee—are not refundable or cancellable. Refunds or credits toward other services are at the sole discretion of Ashley’s Resume Service, except as may be required by law.

If you require additional appointment time or additional work time—whether due to missed appointments, failure to prepare for appointments, failure to complete assigned homework, failure to provide requested information, or otherwise—then you may be required to pay an additional consultation fee to complete your services.

If you must reschedule an appointment, you agree to provide at least 24-hour notice. If you repeatedly reschedule appointments or fail to provide reasonable notice for a missed appointment, then you may be subject to additional penalties, to include a $25 rescheduling fee.

Scheduling, Refunds, and Credits

​

Generally, you should use our online booking system to schedule, reschedule or cancel your appointments. There is a 10-minute grace period for all zoom consultations. At 11-minutes passed your scheduled consultation time, your appointment will be canceled and you will not be refunded your consultation fee of $25.00. You must book your appointment at least 3 hours in advance. For instance, if you would like a 12:00 p.m. consultation, your service Must be booked by 9:00 a.m along with a successful submission of your current resume. You acknowledge our time spent in reviewing your materials, preparing for and conducting client consultations or other client communications, researching and writing of resumes and other documents, and providing all other products and services, is valuable and compensable. You agree to be prepared and on time for your appointments. There are no refunds. Credits toward other services are at the sole discretion of Ashley’s Resume Service, except as may be required by law.

Delivery of Services and Goods

​

By purchasing our services, you agree to be prompt and responsive to the requirements for your services. You also expressly acknowledge and waive the right to cancel your purchase, including any right to cancel under state law, other than as outlined above.

Clients can expect services to be delivered within the time frames provided to them, subject to any unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances such as equipment failure, health issues, or other conditions beyond our control.

Clients are responsible for promptly completing their required deliverables or homework assignments, and providing our team with the requested information necessary for completion of services.  

After one year of purchase, your payments for unused services will be considered satisfaction of administrative and other (tangible and intangible) costs associated with your delay, and those payments will not be credited toward other purchases.

Edits for Bespoke Projects

​

Edits must be requested within 48 hours of initial document delivery. If you wish to make more edits than those included in your quoted fee, then additional writing, rework and/or consultation fees may apply.

Content on this site is our property and protected by law. The compilation of content on this site is our exclusive property and protected by law. We reserve the right to use our work (including resumes and other work prepared for you) and your questions, comments, and feedback in instructional, promotional, or other related material. We will remove your personal information from any such work.
