The resume writing process begins with us getting to know more about you and your history as well as career goals via an initial consultation. Pricing and turnaround times may vary and depend solely on how much work is needed to recreate/update your resume. You will be asked to upload a current copy of your resume. How soon will I receive my documents?
Once we have received your payment as well as your current resume or relevant documents or the completed questionnaire, you will have your initial draft within 7-10 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). After carefully reviewing it, please advise us if we can then prepare the final copy or if you have edits/revisions. If you require an expedited turn around, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request the best we can.
How do I receive hard copies of my resume?
All of our resume services come with ten (10) copies of your professional resume, printed on high quality paper and mailed to you. Please ensure you provide us with your mailing address if it is different than what is listed on your resume. If you need your physical copies expedited please let us know.
How often should you update your resume?
Updating your resume is an ongoing process. You should keep your resume up to date, as you never know when an unexpected opportunity may present itself. You won't have to "get ready", if you "stay ready". Ideally, you should add to or update your resume, as you acquire additional skills, take on more responsibility, increase your education or training and any time you promote successes or milestones in your professional development.
What if you aren’t familiar with my industry?
